Maybole Health Forum

The Men’s Health Forum has a new fitness instructor. Her name is Fiona Griffin and she is originally from Ardrossan, although now lives in Ayr. She is a PE teacher at Doon Academy and is involved in Ayrshire netball and an avid fan of badminton and long distance running. Fiona has been putting the men through their paces since August 2009 and is happy with the progress she has seen so far. When asked, Fiona is quoted as saying, “I love taking the class. It is like having a classful of Dads!”
