Abdominal Circuit

Perform these exercises back to back with little or no rest between them.

  • 12-15 repetitions for each exercise and perform the circuit 2-3 times
  • Give yourself a minute or two rest between each circuit

Each exercise should be done slow and controlled throughout the full movement

Make sure not to do this every day, as your muscles need rest, so a day on and day off is the best approach.

Crunch With 5 Variations

                            

 
Oblique crunch (12-15 each side)

 
Back Extension With 4 Variations

 
Reverse Curls
